How long does it take to a package to get from Egypt to Los Angeles.?

The answer from Curtis is ridiculous! I'm not trying to ship DRUGS! He just waisted my time. Thanks for nothing, Curtis. I need to know how long it should take to receive KEYS, sent through reg. mail from Egypt to Los Angeles. Please, no screwing around..........serious answers only.
