Why do people make a big deal out of Bill returning to the white house, if Hillary were to win?

But no one questions, Michelle Obama, Who obviously isn't the smartest person. Or McCain's wife Cindy? Who had a drug abuse past.... At least Bill has experienced being in the White house, and yes, we all know about that mistake Monica. BUt other than that, why are people making a big fuss about Bill returning, if you ask me, he was a better President than Bush... What are your opinions?
