Is it possible for me to become a famous actress?

Hello. I live in Romania, and I take acting and diction cles, but I'm not very sure that in this way I can somehow become a famous actress. This is my dream for years, and when I'm eighteen I want to go to America so I can become one. Is this possible for me? And I want to ask, did famous actors and actresses like Christina Milian, Leonardo DiCaprio, Katherine Heigl and others go to the Screen Actors Guild? Can I be lucky? Please respond soon, thanks.
