What do I wear to a moulin rouge party?

For my friends 16th she's having a moulin rouge party, (red and black coulr scheme) most people aren't going for the full on costume, just red and black sort of moulin rougey clothes! How can I look nice and sort of moulin rouge, without liking like a tart? I've already got a pair of high black patent heels, but can anyone give me a link or somthing to what I could wear? (I really don't want to go for the full on costume!)
