Since Texas Crude Oil is used to make Plastic in China, should we ban plastic or ban exporting Oil to China???

I think we should ban all exports of oil to China. Let them make their own deals. I can't believe that I am glad that Tom Delay did something I agree with. But we shouldn't drill in ANWAR cause it will never benefit us. The Chinese will get all of our oil and not find their own deals like the rest of us.
