Can Cane Toads kill Bull Arabs?

Hi I have a 23 month old Bull Arabs and because we live in such a remote place we get a lot of cane toads in the back yard now i wanted to know can cane toads kill Bull Arabs, as my dog Reggie is quite an inquisitive thing and likes to check out everything, he sniffs them and then almost follows them around, im really scared that he is going to bite one, Please someone help me i dont want to lose my dog
