HC reform starts its government ing in of the books 1/1/11. how many layoffs in health insurance?

Insurance companies are already freaking out...how many layoffs do you think will happen when the 85/15 medical loss ratio is examined by the feds? Are the dems trying to bankrupt them so we can have the government completely in control?
