I like this girl again. But i reaaalllyyy need advice!!!!?

It sounds like she likes you. Maybe ask her on facebook who she likes or something. Since she gets all giggly there are 2 reasons that she does this: a. you have something on your back or b. she likes you. Think about a friend at school, a girl who you aren't attracted to like that, just a friend, and when you see her in the hall would you act all giggly and stuff? (Of course not guys don't do that haha) but i think u get wat I'm saying that she wouldn't just act all giddy like this for no reason. And since you think she was lying about this facebook thing but said she liked you, and you said that you ended ur relationship on friendly terms, there is a good chance she still might have feelings for you... That being said I'm not 100% sure, you never know. But I'd say if you like her, show some signs of interest subtly not too much. Keep in mind she just came out of a relationship of being cheated on and she's vulnerable and guarded right now and very hurt so be really gentle w/ her and give it time.
