To solve the problem of drunken British hooligans, could not the Greeks and Spanish raise the prices on their?

i cant remember ..when was ! the last time a greek or group of greeks... wreck half of london abused locals for thier fair pinkish skin.,and the fact that they didnt speak greek? and pissed on public streets and fornicated in public in full view of all eyes ..underage children and older more senstive poeple.and not givign a rats *** ..who was watching or what ever the law was to be respected... ? i NEVER SAW THAT HAVE U?
