Why do Democrats want to tax luxuries like pacemakers, stents, artificial heart valves, defibrillators,......?

There could and probably will be death panels because no one has had a chance to read it! But all that will change once the bill is ped regardless because they will have to release the details then and America will know how they have been duped and 2010 will be a blood bath for Democrats!
